  1. I'm glad to see your questions posted. They are all good questions and there isn't too much overlap among them. I'm not sure what the difference is between items 16 and 17, and questions 24 and 30 are basically the same. It isn't clear from your questions whether you want to concentrate on the death penalty as it is practiced in Japan, in the US, or in various other countries of the world. You may have to narrow the scope of your research so that you can focus on an aspect of the issue that you'll be able to do something about through your creation of an NGO that addresses the issue.

  2. I think your point of view is very unique from nowadays standards, which makes your activities makes interesting.
I was educated in Japan and told death penalty is bad. In the class, my teacher told me that since a lot of Europe country started abolishing them, we should also abolish that system. I believe people who were educated at the same or near times as me has similar experience, so I wonder why you chose this topic, supporting death penalty.
I think we don’t necessarily have to abolish death penalty because many European country does which the way my teacher explained, but I can’t find any reasonable point to support death penalty. So I hope I could get answers from you through your blog posts:)
